Note: After making the suggested setting changes, you may have to close and reinitiate your browser prior to downloading a .pdf file.

When using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader 6.0, you may get a blank screen when trying to download .pdf files from the web. If you experience this problem change the following setting.

Open Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and go to Edit - Preferences.

Select internet and uncheck the Display PDF in browser box.
