G. Cook - Mr. Cook focuses on all
aspects of Summit Advisory's merger, acquisition, and business advisory service
activities. He has a unique ability to discern the critical elements required
for strategic growth and the factors necessary to maximize profitability. A
blend of corporate and entrepreneurial background, combined with the experience
of buying and selling businesses, has positioned Summit as one of the top M
& A firms in the area.
Mr. Cook has had a diversified business career with experience as an Estate and Financial Planning Officer with Girard Trust Bank in Philadelphia, PA, a Vice-President of Planned Giving with a private company, as well as building three businesses on his own. He has served on the Governing Boards of Privately Held Companies, Non-Profit Organizations and Educational institutions. |

| Ronald
P. Myer - Mr. Myer has been involved
in business advising, mergers, and acquisitions his entire career. His
analytical abilities have helped businesses identify key drivers and increase
profitability. Mr. Myer has a unique blend of expertise in finance,
computer systems, and human behavior. He has been a leading change agent
with significant involvement in designing and implementing
restructurings. He has owned a business and has worked for small and
multi-national corporations.
Mr. Myer graduated 1st in class from Auburn University's executive MBA program. He received a Management and a Computer Information Systems degree from the University of Scranton and a certificate from Kellogg's Business School on Corporate Strategies for Creating Shareholder Value. Mr. Myer sits on various Board of Directors and consults as CFO and COO for two companies. He's also a certified facilitator of numerous business simulation training tools, a Microsoft Certified Excel Specialist, and a ISO9000 auditor. |

Neslund - Mr. Neslund focuses on seller and buyer development and
services, transaction facilitation and business consulting.
He brings a track record in leadership, management, strategic planning,
sales, negotiation, finance and communication.
His experience includes serving three years as CEO of three closely-held
regional businesses and twenty years of progressive responsibility in commercial
banking, including corporate finance and business valuation training with Chase

Lynn Frick - Ms.
Frick focuses on business advisory services and financial analysis related to
mergers and acquisitions. She has
done financial analysis for private corporations and as a public accountant
which has given her valuable experience in identifying key trends in financial
performance of companies. Her
analytical experience, combined with an ability to relate to people, make her a
critical element in Summit Advisory’s ability to maximize the value for their
clients. Ms.
Frick began her career as an accountant with Miller & Co., CPA’s.
She then joined Irex Corporation and Specialty Products and Insulation,
Co. where she held various positions including Internal Audit Manager, Employee
Benefits Manager and Director of Human Resources.

Hostetler - Mrs. Hostetler joined the
Summit Advisory team in 2005. As
Executive Administrator for the company, she is responsible for industry and

Eric
G. Burstock - Mr. Burstock's career
started in the late 1970's as auditor for the National Railroad Passenger
Service (AMTRAK). He was responsible for saving the railroad system millions of
dollars. In 1980, he left AMTRAK to pursue his private CPA practice focusing
solely as a tax and business consultant. He has through the years specifically
advised his clients on the formation of their businesses, tax issues and their
ultimate sale. In the late 1990's Eric taught on television and through public
seminars on the subjects of "How to Start a Business", "How to
Run a Business", and "How to Sell a business". He continues his
love for business consulting and helping businesses get properly valued and then
ultimately sold.
Eric
and wife, along with their 3 children, live in the tranquility of the Shenandoah
Valley in Winchester, Virginia and he commutes to the Washington, DC metro area
